Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on sales, service, insurance, and exchange enquiries.
- Schedule showroom visits and service appointments.
- Explain ongoing offers, schemes, and promotions.
- Generate leads and update customer information in the system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily call targets and follow-up objectives.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for customer support.

Eligibility

- HSC / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, CRM, or telesales is an added advantage.
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil. Basic English is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
