Job Description – Project Coordinator (IT Audit & Compliance)

Role: Project Coordinator – IT Audit & Compliance
Experience: 4–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage IT audits, regulatory audits, and compliance activities.
- Handle audits such as NPCI, UIDAI, CSITE, RBI, Vendor Assessments, and Internal Audits.
- Track audit observations, remediation plans, and closure status.
- Collaborate with business, technology, information security, and compliance teams to ensure timely audit responses.
- Prepare audit documentation, compliance reports, and management dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and information security standards.
- Support risk assessments and compliance reviews across projects and business units.
- Conduct follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of audit action items.
- Maintain audit evidence, documentation, and compliance records.




- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Must-Have Skills

- 5–6 years of experience in IT Audit & Regulatory Compliance.
- Hands-on experience managing NPCI, UIDAI, CSITE, RBI, Vendor Assessments, and Internal Audits.
- Robust understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
