At Qualwebs, we're growing rapid, and we're looking for someone who can own our HR function from end to end.

This isn't a role where you'll only recruit or only manage paperwork. You'll be responsible for building the team, improving processes, creating policies where needed, supporting employees, and working closely with leadership to help the company scale.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment & Hiring

- Handle complete recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire for technical, non-technical, leadership, and international roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, referrals, recruitment partners, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure positions are closed efficiently.
- Negotiate offers, manage joining formalities, and create a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Plan campus hiring drives, internship programs, and employer branding initiatives.

HR Operations

- Manage onboarding, employee records, documentation, confirmations, and exit processes.
- Handle attendance, leave management, HRMS, and payroll coordination.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and maintain employee files.
- Coordinate background verification and other administrative HR activities.
- Ensure HR operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Employee Experience

- Be the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
- Organize engagement activities, team events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Support managers in performance reviews, goal setting, KPIs, KRAs, and appraisal cycles.
- Help improve employee satisfaction, engagement,



and retention.
- Handle employee concerns professionally and maintain a healthy work environment.

HR Policies & Compliance

- Draft, improve, and implement HR policies as the organization grows.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR documentation and support statutory compliance.
- Keep HR processes organized, practical, and scalable.

Working with Leadership

- Partner with founders and department heads on hiring plans and workforce requirements.
- Track hiring metrics, retention, and employee performance trends.
- Identify gaps in people processes and suggest improvements.
- Help build an HR function that grows with the company.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in an IT company or startup.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Exposure to domestic hiring; international hiring experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Knowledge of performance management, KPIs, KRAs, and employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who is proactive, organized, takes ownership, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
