We are looking for experienced SAP HCM & Payroll Specialists to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Payroll implementation, support, or enhancements for one or more global payrolls.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on international SAP HCM payroll projects across multiple countries.

Required Payroll Country Experience

Candidates should have experience in at least one or more of the following country payrolls:

- Malaysia
- Singapore
- Australia
- United Kingdom (UK)
- Germany
- Netherlands
- France
- Belgium/Luxembourg (BE/LU)
- Spain
- Portugal
- Poland
- Austria
- Nordic Countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland)
- Eastern Europe
- Philippines
- Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, support, and maintain SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions.
- Handle payroll schema, rules, wage types, payroll functions, and PCRs.
- Resolve payroll production issues and provide timely support.
- Participate in payroll testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and functional teams.




- Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

- 2–8 years of SAP HCM experience.
- Strong experience in SAP Payroll for one or more international countries listed above.
- Good knowledge of Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
- Experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll configuration.
- Knowledge of SAP HR integration and interfaces.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration is an added advantage.
- SAP HCM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA HCM or Employee Central Payroll is a plus.
