- Reporting directly to the Store Manager the Assistant Store Manager should have a hands-on approach to Store operations. They need to focus on basic store operations to ensure the store standards are maintained and business dynamics are taken care of based on instructions of the store manager. They need to ensure the Store is trading efficiently, safely, within legal constraints and offering the highest customer service standards. Ideally, Assistant Store Managers will need to have a previous experience in a customer facing retail or wholesale setting together with excellent organizational, communication and people management skills.
