Supreme Hinges is a leading Indian manufacturer of heavy-duty, ISO-certified and ISI-approved stainless steel door, cabinet and furniture hardware. We are looking for a disciplined and result-oriented Production & Operations Supervisor to lead shop-floor operations at our Delhi manufacturing unit.

29/II, Near Udyog Nagar Metro Station, Delhi – 110041

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience

- 2–10+ years in hardware, steel, metal fabrication, hinges, locks, architectural hardware, or manufacturing industry.
- Experienced Supervisors, Senior Supervisors, Retired Defence Personnel (Army/Navy/Air Force), and Ex-Servicemen are encouraged to apply.
- Any age group may apply if physically fit and capable of handling production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production and shop-floor activities.
- Manage labour/workers and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Maintain production quality as per company standards.
- Monitor discipline, attendance and workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure safe operation of machines and compliance with safety procedures.




- Reduce production losses, wastage and downtime.
- Prepare daily production and labour reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices in the factory.
- Handle worker issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and smooth workflow.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in hardware/manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong labour handling and team management skills.
- Ability to manage production under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of production planning, quality control and factory operations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Honest, disciplined and responsible attitude.
