Urgent Hiring for Production Engineer/CNC Programmer

 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

 Hands-on experience with CNC machines, TURN MILL MACHINES, SPLINE ROLLING, BROACHING,

cutting tools, Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required

Desirable

 Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial

Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

 Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), 5S, TPM, or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Production Management

 Ensure production is carried out according to the defined cycle time.

 Optimize the utilization of manpower and machinery to achieve maximum productivity.

 Monitor operator activities, including hourly production reports, check sheets, and other

production records.

 Minimize production rejection and achieve the specified quality targets.

2. Quality Control Support

 Establish and maintain technical quality standards.





 Support quality inspections and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

 Coordinate with the quality team to ensure compliance with customer and organizational

requirements.

3. Cost Control

 Reduce production waste, rework, and machine downtime.

 Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manufacturing costs.

 Promote efficient use of materials, manpower, and equipment.

4. Production Monitoring & Control

 Monitor actual production against the production plan and daily targets.

 Analyze production variances and take timely corrective actions.

 Ensure smooth production flow while maintaining safety and quality standards.
