Roles & Responsibilities:

- Advanced Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models for computer vision applications, tackling complex problems in image recognition, object detection, and more.
- Define and drive the ML vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Define and track KPIs for the ML/AI function.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and annotation specialists within defined budgets.
- Performance Evaluation: Fine-tuning models for performance, including speed, accuracy, and resource usage
- Deployment: Deploying machine learning models to production environments and optimizing them for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Management: Managing the tools and platforms needed to deploy and monitor models, including cloud services, containerization, and orchestration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams,



including product management and engineering, to integrate computer vision solutions into new and existing products.

What You’ll Bring to The House:

Backend

- Python 3.10+ with Django 5.x (production experience required)
- REST APIs (Django Ninja or equivalent)
- PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, performance tuning)
- Redis for caching / messaging; Celery for background jobs
- Multi-tenant SaaS experience (1+ year owning tenant-aware behavior in production)

Frontend

- React in production (data-heavy, interactive workflows)
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience with complex UI state and performance constraints

Cloud & Infrastructure

- 2+ years working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Docker in production environments
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
- Experience running production services (Gunicorn, monitoring, debugging)

Bonus (Strong Differentiators)

- Video delivery & playback (HLS/DASH, buffering, latency reduction)
- Custom video player features (overlays, annotations, timelines)
- Maps & geospatial UI (Mapbox, Leaflet, Google Maps)
- Interactive diagrams using SVG / Canvas / WebGL
- Microservices experience (1+ year operating or integrating in production)
- Caching strategies and CDN usage

Pay: ₹1,050,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
