We are searching for a well-organized Purchase Executive to join our growing team. As the purchasing officer, you will carry out all tasks allocated by the purchasing manager which may include conducting inspecting goods, and updating records.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase Planning considering JIT / Rolling Threshold stock concept.
- Placing of PO, Controlling GIT, Fill Rates and ETA of Incoming Material of PO Placed
- Controlling the Quality, Return Claims settlement, Stock Level Maintaining, Resolution of Excess / overstocks.
- MIS Preparation for KRA / Departmental Targets
Negotiation of Rates Contracts, Payment Times, Delivery Terms etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field may be required.
- Previous experience in a similar position 3-5 years
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of SAP, PO, Invoice
- Proficiency in the relevant management software programs.
- Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress setting.
