Job Description – Legal Counsellor

We are looking for a professional and confident Legal Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate with clients, understand their legal concerns, assess the authenticity of cases, and coordinate with the legal team throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients via calls and meetings to understand their legal issues.
- Evaluate whether the case is genuine and suitable for legal proceedings.
- Verify client details and assess the validity of the matter.
- Understand the client's requirements and explain the legal process.
- Assess the client's ability to pay legal consultation and case fees.
- Coordinate with lawyers and share verified case details.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients until case closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case updates.
- Ensure skilled communication and provide excellent client support.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
