Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous Automobile Service Billing Executive to manage workshop invoicing, job card closing, and service payment processing. You will work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to translate repair work into accurate, transparent customer bills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced workshop workplace, possesses sharp numerical skills, and can explain complex repair invoices to customers clearly.Key Responsibilities.

- Parts & Labor Invoicing: Generate precise service invoices by pulling actual parts issued from the inventory and mapping standard labor hours..
- DMS & Software Management: Update service records, customer history, and billing entries daily in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Payment Collection:



Handle daily counter cash, credit card payments, digital wallets, and corporate fleet accounts, ensuring zero cash discrepancies.
- Customer Dispute Resolution: Explain itemized billing details (such as parts costs vs. labor taxes) to customers to resolve any pricing queries prior to vehicle delivery.
- Daily Reconciliation: Reconcile daily workshop collections against system-generated reports and hand over verified statements to the central accounts team.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
