We're Hiring – Counter Sales Staff
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Staff to join our team!
Location: Camp Road / Velachery, Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000/month + Incentives up to ₹7,000
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Weekly Off: 3 days per month (No leave on Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Eligibility:
- Age below 30 years
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
- Freshers are welcome (Retail experience is an added advantage)
- Good Tamil communication skills (Basic English preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and recommend products
- Explain product features and offers
- Handle billing and payments
- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain showroom displays and stock
- Provide excellent customer service
