Apenir is an early-stage health-tech startup based in Kochi, Kerala

We are building digital healthcare solutions that make healthcare more accessible and convenient. Our first product, launching soon, enables users to book home blood sample collection, access laboratory services, and receive secure digital health reports.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to support Apenir’s digital growth. You will work closely with our founders and team on social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), Meta advertising, content planning, and brand-building activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants practical experience in digital marketing within a fast-paced health-tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Apenir’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Support the creation and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Assist with audience research, campaign targeting, budget monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Conduct keyword research and support on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Help optimize website pages, blog content, metadata, and local search visibility.
- Research healthcare, wellness, laboratory, and digital-health marketing trends.
- Track social-media, website, and advertising performance and share simple reports.
- Collaborate on campaign ideas,



product-launch activities, and community engagement.

Requirements

- Interest or basic experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO, or paid advertising.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, and content-creation tools.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook/Instagram ads, or Google Ads is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Search Console, or Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Solid written communication skills in English; Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt in a startup environment.

Nice to Have

- Previous experience managing social media pages or creating content.
- A portfolio of social media posts, campaigns, reels, or websites you have worked on.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, WordPress, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare, wellness, or local-service marketing.
