Role and Responsibilities: Fundraising & CSR Outreach Associate

Objective:
To build a strong and measurable pipeline of CSR partnerships and funding opportunities for Shivaa NGO by executing consistent outreach, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring conversion into meaningful collaborations that drive organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities (Task-Oriented & Quantifiable):

Drive CSR Outreach with Measurable Conversions:
Reach out to a targeted number of corporates, foundations, and potential donors on a weekly basis through emails, calls, and networking platforms, ensuring a consistent outreach pipeline.

Build & Manage Partnership Pipeline (KPI Driven):
Maintain and track a structured database of leads, ensuring a defined number of active conversations, follow-ups, and conversions into meetings or partnerships.

Secure CSR Meetings & Engagements:
Schedule and coordinate a specific number of meetings or calls with CSR representatives and decision-makers each month.

Develop & Customize Proposals:
Support the creation and sharing of tailored proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes aligned with potential partners’ CSR priorities.

Strengthen Relationship Management:
Engage with existing and prospective partners through timely follow-ups, updates, and communication to build long-term collaborations.

Map Funding Opportunities:
Identify and document recent CSR opportunities, grant cycles, and funding avenues relevant to Shivaa NGO’s focus areas.

Collaborate for Strategic Positioning:
Work closely with internal teams to align outreach efforts with ongoing projects (Urja, Krida, Digital Literacy, Sustainable Mango, etc.)



and present them effectively.

Track Outreach Performance:
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, including number of emails sent, responses received, meetings scheduled, and partnerships initiated.

Report Progress with Data:
Submit weekly or monthly reports highlighting outreach efforts, pipeline status, and key outcomes achieved.

Ensure Consistent Follow-Up Mechanism:
Implement a structured follow-up system to ensure no potential partner is missed and every lead is nurtured effectively.

Skills and Qualities:

Communication & Pitching Skills: Strong ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with corporate stakeholders.

Relationship Building: Ability to develop and sustain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Goal-Oriented Approach: Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear outreach and conversion expectations.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.

Proactiveness: Self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership of outcomes.

Requirements:

- 0–3 years of experience in fundraising, CSR outreach, partnerships, or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in email communication, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and basic documentation
- Willingness to work in a structured, outcome-driven role where performance is linked to deliverables
- Alignment with Shivaa NGO’s vision and social impact goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhandup, Mumbai, Maharashtra
