Centre Manager – Onco Day Care

Shichim Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Centre Manager – Onco Day Care to lead and manage the overall operations of our oncology day care centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall centre operations, administration, and patient services.
- Lead and supervise front office, nursing, pharmacy, billing, housekeeping, and support teams.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, scheduling, and high patient satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with doctors, hospitals, and corporate clients.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, operational KPIs, and centre performance.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, biomedical waste, fire safety, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and clinical teams to deliver seamless patient care.
- Recruit, train,



and mentor staff while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements

- Graduate (MBA/MHA or Hospital Administration preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in managing healthcare or day care centres.
- Experience in Oncology, Dialysis, Eye Care, or other healthcare day care centres will be preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage operations, administration, patient services, and business development.
