Lead channel sales for a portfolio of ultra-luxury serviced residences and hospitality-linked developments in South India, targeting HNI, NRI, and international investors. You can be based anywhere in the world — results matter more than location — but the role requires regular travel to Thiruvananthapuram for site tours, client and partner meetings, and leadership sessions.

Key responsibilities

· Recruit and manage RERA-registered channel partners across India and overseas (GCC, US, UK, EU, SEA)

· Build partnerships with wealth managers, family offices, and luxury brokerages

· Travel frequently to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala for tours, meetings, and launch events

· Set up sales governance and deal-support processes with leadership

· Present to overseas partners across key international markets

Requirements





· 5+ years in channel sales leadership — luxury/branded residences or hospitality real estate

· Experience with a top developer (e.g., Lodha, DLF, Oberoi, Prestige, M3M)

· Established HNI/NRI network, including Malayali diaspora markets

· Fluent in Malayalam, Hindi, and English

· Able and willing to travel internationally and to Kerala on a regular basis
