Job Description – Senior Structural Engineer

Designation: Senior Structural Engineer
Experience: 10–20 Years (Experience in an Architectural Firm is Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead structural design and analysis for residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams to develop secure, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions.
- Review and approve structural drawings, design calculations, BOQs, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, building regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during project execution.
- Review structural designs, resolve technical issues,



and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Mentor junior engineers and support project planning and timely delivery.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred).
- 10–20 years of relevant experience in a reputed architectural/structural consultancy firm.
- Strong expertise in RCC, steel structures, high-rise buildings, and foundation design.
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
