We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console. You will be responsible for increasing website traffic, generating quality leads, improving search engine rankings, and maximizing return on advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).

* Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

* Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve website rankings.

* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

* Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

* Use Google Search Console to identify and resolve website indexing and performance issues.

* Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).

* Improve landing page conversion rates and user experience.

* Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO algorithm updates, and advertising platform changes.

* Collaborate with designers, developers,



and content creators to execute marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Strong knowledge of Google Ads.

* Strong knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

* Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

* Experience using Google Search Console.

* Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).

* Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

* Knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO best practices.

* Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Positive communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with WordPress.

* Knowledge of email marketing.

* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

* Experience with Canva or other creative tools.

* Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
