Job Summary
Job Description – ERP Testing / Oracle ERP Test Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Testing professional with hands‑on expertise in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion ERP applications. The role involves validating end‑to‑end ERP business processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting functional, integration, and regression testing across Oracle ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Oracle ERP applications
• Validate Oracle Fusion ERP / Oracle E‑Business Suite modules during implementations and enhancements
• Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements
• Test ERP modules including:
Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
Oracle SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)
Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence)
• Validate ERP data migration, data reconciliation, and report accuracy
• Perform end‑to‑end business process testing across integrated ERP modules
• Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and business users for defect resolution
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA / ALM / Azure DevOps
• Support UAT cycles, test evidence preparation, and sign‑off activities
• Ensure compliance with ERP controls, audit, and security requirements




• Participate in ERP upgrades, patch testing, and release validations

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in ERP Testing with focus on Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion ERP
• Hands‑on experience in ERP functional testing and integration testing
• Knowledge of ERP business processes and cross‑module workflows
• Experience in Oracle module testing:
Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA)
SCM (PO, Inventory, OM)
HCM (Core HR, Payroll)
• Exposure to ERP data validation, FBDI loads, reports testing
• Defect management and test lifecycle experience
• Understanding of Agile / Waterfall ERP delivery models
• Robust documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Valuable to Have
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher / OTBI report testing
• Basic knowledge of SQL for backend data validation
• Experience in ERP AMS / Support projects
• Knowledge of SOX, audit, and compliance testing
• Oracle ERP certification (Fusion / EBS)
• Healthcare or large enterprise ERP exposure

Key Responsibilities
1. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client / team to understand functional / design specifications, highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies, ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept up to date.
2. To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies/tools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
3. To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
4. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
