Job Summary
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Azure Functions). Define integration strategy, standards, and best practices for the organization. Oversee and mentor a team of integration engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of integration platforms and processes. Manage integration project delivery, including planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, acting as an escalation point for the team. Stay current with Azure platform advancements and emerging integration technologies, recommending adoption where appropriate. Prepare and present technical documentation, solution designs, and status reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in software development, cloud technologies,



or system integration, with at least 4 years focused on Azure Integration Services. Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale integration solutions. Deep expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, and Event Grid. Solid understanding of cloud architecture, security, and DevOps practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and integration patterns. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of microservices, event-driven, and serverless architecture patterns. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/YAML) and CI/CD automation. Azure Solutions Architect or Integration certification. Experience in healthcare is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
