Job Summary
Core skills: React app architecture, Node.js/Express APIs, ASP.NET Core (net8 and some legacy net5) services, REST design, auth/RBAC (JWT/cookies/LDAP/AD), SQL Server + Postgres, Dapper/data-access patterns.
Platform skills: Environment/config handling, debugging across frontend/backend/db, basic CI/testing discipline (Jest, API validation).
Recommended experience: 3-5 years total, with 1+ years owning end-to-end features across UI + API + DB.
Also work as backup to JT

Key Responsibilities
Platform & Engineering Skills
• Environment and configuration handling across DEV, QA, and PROD
• Troubleshooting and debugging across UI, backend services, and databases
• Familiarity with CI and testing practices, including:
• Jest for unit and component testing
• Basic API validation and regression testing




• Ability to follow existing coding standards, deployment processes, and operational procedures

Experience Requirements
• 3–5 years of software development experience
• At least 1 year delivering end‑to‑end features, spanning:
• Frontend UI
• Backend APIs
• Database changes
• Experience working on existing production systems with defined workflows and review processes

Role Responsibilities
• Implement assigned features and enhancements across the full stack
• Fix defects and support production issues under guidance
• Participate in code reviews and follow established engineering practices
• Collaborate with full‑time engineers and other CWs to meet delivery commitments
• Maintain explicit documentation for implemented changes
• Provide backup support to JT, assisting with continuity during absences or elevated workload
