Job Summary
SAP Basis Specialist with ECS Experience

Key Responsibilities
• Adhering to SLAs
• Mentoring / Training Team Members
• Handling tickets / requests
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to
• Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration
• Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
• Manage all basis activity performed by the infrastructure basis team members.

Skill Requirements
• Installing,



configuring and maintaining SAP server, ABAP, Java and ABAP+Java Stacks
• SAP Kernel Upgrade
• SAP Remote Client Copy
• SAP Parameter Handling
• SAP Client Export / Import
• Homogenous System Refresh or System Copy
• Basic Troubleshooting
• SAP Certificate handling (Web Dispatcher, ABAP, JAVA, Cloud Connector)
• Upgrade: SPS upgrade through SUM tool (ABAP & JAVA)
• SAP Language Installation
• System Restart along with DB and OS
• Basic Linux Commands
• Good understanding of SAP HANA DB

Other Requirements
• Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
• Good documentation skills
• Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE
• Should have outstanding customer handling skills
• Able to handle unforeseen situations
• High level of acceptance
