Job Summary
The SAP CPI Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), part of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role focuses on enabling seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems using standard adapters, APIs, and secure communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and third-party systems
• Configure standard adapters such as HTTP, HTTPS, IDoc, OData, SOAP, SFTP, and Mail
• Perform message mappings using graphical mapping, XSLT, and Groovy scripts
• Handle exception management, monitoring, logging, and alerting in CPI
• Ensure secure integrations using OAuth, certificates, PGP, and basic authentication
• Support performance tuning and error resolution of interfaces
• Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, and test cases
• Assist in UAT, go-live, and post–production support activities

• SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur
• Third-party or legacy applications




• API Management and event-based integrations (Good to Have)

Mandatory (Must-Have) Skills
• Hands-on experience in SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite
• Solid knowledge of SAP integration concepts and middleware architecture
• Experience with adapters such as IDoc, OData, SOAP, REST, and SFTP
• Working knowledge of XML, JSON, XSD, and WSDL
• Experience in message mapping and transformation techniques
• Strong debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills

Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with SAP PI/PO migration to SAP CPI
• Knowledge of SAP API Management and Event Mesh
• Exposure to Groovy scripting and XSLT
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or transport management
• SAP BTP services exposure

Education & Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• SAP CPI or SAP BTP Integration certification – Preferred

Key Responsibilities
1. To collaborate with senior consultants, conduct research, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to contribute to the success of client engagements.
2. To contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations, proposals and participate in client meetings, workshops and presentations.
3. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs
4. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project
5. To continuously develop skills and knowledge related to consulting methodologies and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
