Job Summary
ServiceNow Functional Consultant, Responsible for functional design and configuration of ITOM capabilities, ensuring Event Management and Service Mapping align with operational processes and SOW‑defined outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional workshops to gather requirements for Event Management and Service Mapping
• Define event rules, alert rules, correlation rules, and access controls
• Configure dashboards, workflows, and functional components
• Align Event Management configuration with Incident, Problem, and Change processes
• Support UAT execution and stakeholder training
• Produce functional documentation and training materials
Skill Requirements
Solid functional expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and Service Mapping
• Understanding of ITIL processes and their alignment with ITOM
• Experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow configurations
