Job Summary
Business System Analyst
Focus: SAP | Entitlement Management Systems | Salesforce | Engg Systems
What you’ll be doing:
• Design and implement end-to-end AI automation frameworks for SW & Service workflows across integrated systems
• Partner with business, BSA, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust automated strategies
• Strong functional configuration and implementation experience in SD. In-depth experience in functional design development of SAP SD module, including Order Management, Delivery processing & Billing.
• Build and maintain test automation for Salesforce, SAP, Engg Tools and custom applications, covering UI, API, and backend validations
• Validate SW&Service; lifecycle flows including provisioning, activation, renewals, compliance, and usage tracking
• Collaborate with engineering teams across homegrown platforms that support our software and service business, such as licensing management.

What we need to see:
• 7–10 years of experience in SAP SD
• Strong experience in test automation frameworks (AI Automations tools, Tosca, ACCELQ, Playwright, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with API automation tools (Rest Assured, Postman, Karate, etc.)




• Hands on experience in building interface between SAP and Non SAP applications.
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge to the extent of understanding the existing custom code and to search on available user exits and enhancements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP SD module. Experience with RAR, GTS, or SFDC will be an added advantage.
Strong functional configuration and implementation experience in SD. In-depth experience in functional design development of SAP SD module, including Order Management, Delivery processing and Billing.
Prior experience in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) support will be considered an advantage
Hands on experience in building and supporting complex SAP SD Pricing procedures, leveraging VOFM routines and User Exits
Hands on experience in building interface between SAP and Non SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and design sap s/4hana sales & distribution solutions that meet their needs.
2. Configure and customize the sales & distribution module in sap s/4hana to align with client requirements.
3. Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase.
4. Conduct system testing, identify issues, and resolve them to ensure a successful implementation.
5. Work with cross functional teams to integrate sap s/4hana sales & distribution with other modules and external systems.
6. Stay updated on the latest sap technologies and best practices to continuously improve project delivery.
Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of sap s/4hana sales & distribution module functionalities and configuration.
2. Proficiency in sap implementation methodologies and best practices.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Other Requirements
