Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining repository of business data and prepare regular reports for the leadership discussions. Work with the regional teams for maintaining data quality for reporting purposes. Manage new business secured reports for different business lines in JLL. Closely working with finance team and keeping a track of variance between budgeted & actual numbers for different business lines within JLL. Analysis of internal and external data to support the sales function. Manage cross selling reports. Support solutions team in drafting RFP/RFI responses. Prepare business performance decks for the leadership connects (need basis). Gathering and analyzing data to prepare detailed reports for strategic sales catchups. Presenting weekly/monthly sales reports to the Senior leadership. Forecasting new industry and sales trends. Referring to internal and external sources for report preparation. Presenting detailed insights, recommendations, and feedback on company sales. Developing sales quotes and strategies. Conducting thorough research on current market trends. Evaluating and developing pricing proposals. Optimizing sales activities and Implementing,
managing, and improving sales processes. Comparing day-to-day sales productivity.
