We are looking for: IT Solution Expert – SAP S/4HANA Finance & Country Localisation
You’ll make an impact by:
Designing, configuring, and rolling out country‑specific localisation settings in SAP S/4HANA Finance to support compliant global finance operations.
Supporting country rollouts, carve‑outs, migrations, and go‑lives, ensuring smooth delivery from design through stabilization.
Ensuring compliance with local legal, tax, and statutory reporting requirements across multiple countries and regions.
Assessing, designing, and supporting finance‑related change requests, translating evolving business needs into sustainable SAP solutions.
Enabling a structured and sustainable handover from project delivery into steady‑state operations.
Acting as the functional owner of SAP S/4HANA Finance during daily operations, ensuring reliability and continuity.
Taking end‑to‑end responsibility for incident and problem management,



collaborating with AMS providers and SAP on root‑cause analysis and resolution.
Providing functional support during month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
Safeguarding system stability, compliance, and business continuity in a hybrid project‑and‑operations environment.
Governing SAP FI customizing and configuration, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to standards.
Acting as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders and key users, translating business and legal requirements into robust SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
Strong SAP FI / SAP S/4HANA Finance functional expertise, with hands‑on configuration and solution ownership.
Proven experience in country localisation setup, rollout, and governance within SAP S/4HANA environments.
Solid understanding of global finance processes and statutory requirements.
Experience working in a hybrid role combining project delivery and operational responsibility.
Solid stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills, including collaboration with SAP and AMS partners.
Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and processes.




A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Strong advisory capability for business users and key user communities, including participation in forums and direct functional support.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with attention to operational stability and compliance.
Excellent communication skills with advanced proficiency in English.
Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, international teams, demonstrating an agile mindset and solid customer focus..
