- Ensure that the patient is eligible for cashless.
- To coordinate with Administrator about admissions under cashless.
- Communicate with the patient / relative regarding terms & conditions of cashless.
- Taking consent for admission under scheme.
- Coordinate with primary consultant for filling up of RAL (request of authorization letter) and reply for queries.
- To send all the required documents to Mediclaim Companies accrordingly.
- To take follow-up for authorisation letter of particular patient from cashless company.
- Inform to cashless company if patient’s length of stay increases more than mentioned in authorisation letter.
- Ensure to get final approval from cashless company before discharge of patient.
- Keeping all original medical record including reports, films etc. safe & send to claim before stipulated period.
- Coordination with floor managers, accounts department & admin department about patient’s claim status.




- Handling of medical records properly; Maintaining its security, integrity & confidentiality.
- Coordinating with OT coordinator for planning elective surgeries of patients admitted under cashless scheme.
- Daily counselings of patients admitted under cashless scheme about their billing status.

Administrative Duties

- Demonstration and guidance nurses & new staff; supervising them
- Participation in the in-service education program and qualified activities is must
- To attend meetings to discuss issues and incidents.
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,641.54 - ₹30,000.00 per month
