Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Strong communication skills and a results-driven attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and explain products or services to potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.




- Follow company scripts and comply with telemarketing policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive listening skills and a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
