Job Title: Production Design Engineer

Location: Lal Ganesh, Guwahati
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Factory Admin Executive to manage factory administration, documentation, inventory records, and support operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess good computer skills, knowledge of AutoCAD, and the ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain factory-related documentation and records.
- Create and update basic drawings/layouts using AutoCAD.
- Handle inspection documents, reports, and compliance records.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
- Coordinate inward and outward material documentation.
- Manage office administration and factory correspondence.
- Maintain employee attendance and administrative records.




- Prepare reports in MS Excel and other office applications.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all factory documents.
- Assist management in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, )
- Experience in documentation and record management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in factory administration will be preferred.

Preferred Experience:

- 1–5years of experience in Factory Administration, Documentation, Inventory Management, or similar roles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
