Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage and improve the overall operational activities of our organization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between departments, improving productivity, implementing processes, monitoring performance, and achieving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in managing teams and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily operational activities of the company.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Purchase, Accounts, HR, Logistics, and CRM departments.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, workflows, and SOPs.
- Monitor department performance and ensure achievement of operational targets.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Conduct operational review meetings and ensure timely completion of action plans.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control through process improvements.
- Manage team performance, discipline, and accountability.
- Identify operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of projects, deliveries, and customer commitments.
- Support senior management in planning, decision-making,



and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership position.
- Experience in furniture, interior, manufacturing, construction, or project-based industries will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Positive knowledge of process improvement and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
