Job Summary

Yash Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in ERP systems, Excel sheets, and internal databases. The ideal candidate should possess positive typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and a strong focus on accuracy while handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data in ERP software, Excel, and company databases.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy before submission.
- Maintain records of production, purchase, sales, inventory, dispatch, and other operational data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Scan, file,



and organize physical and digital documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Accounts, HR, and Sales departments for data collection.
- Correct data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company records.
- Perform other administrative and data management tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 6 months or up to 2 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, or Administration.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
