Job description:

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Ads Manager to lead our paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on performance to drive ROI and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)

- Monitor performance and optimize for KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS)

- Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and keyword research

- Report on campaign performance and insights regularly

- Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad assets

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in paid media management- Proven track record of managing ad budgets and delivering strong ROI- Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools- Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
