Role Overview

We are looking for a Coding & Robotics Coordinator who will manage school coordination, teacher support, and operational activities for our Coding and Robotics programs. The role involves working closely with schools, teachers, and the head office team to ensure the smooth execution of coding and robotics classes and related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily queries from schools regarding sessions, kits, or technical issues.

Coordinate with the head office team for smooth execution of operations and delegate tasks to team members, teachers.

Conduct interviews and screening of candidates.

Coordinate with schools to ensure smooth running of coding and robotics classes.

Visit schools when required for installations, technical support, exhibitions, and meetings to ensure efficient planning of various program events in the schools.

Train, guide, and communicate regularly with Coding & Robotics teachers.

Provide efficient solutions to the problems/queries faced by the teachers and the school.

Monitor classes conducted in the Innovation Lab and resolve operational challenges.





Maintain records of sessions conducted, school interactions, and feedback.

Provide daily reports to the Head Office regarding sessions and program updates.

Support demo activities with existing and potential schools.

Provide operational and administrative support for the execution of the program in schools.

Proper planning of visits to in-stations as well as out-stations schools.

Assist in BDE cold calling, lead generation, and scheduling meetings with schools.

Assist in operational and administrative tasks to support school programs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Robotics, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in Coding, Robotics, EdTech, or school program coordination.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of coding and robotics

Robust coordination and organizational skills,

Ability to manage documentation, reporting and school communication

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
