Position - Formulation & Development Officer

Experience - 1.5 years of minimum in to color cosmetics formulation

Education - B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetology, or related field.

Location - Kuchiyadad, Rajkot

Job Description

1. Develop and optimize cutting-edge color cosmetic formulations including emulsions, powders, anhydrous systems, and pigment-based products.

2. Perform lab trials, pilot batches, shade matching, and texture optimization to ensure product stability, safety, and high performance.

3. Conduct stability studies, compatibility testing, and performance evaluation as per industry standards.

4. Maintain accurate R&D; documentation in compliance with GMP, ISO, and cosmetic regulatory guidelines.

5. Coordinate with production department for scale-up batches and provide technical support during manufacturing and troubleshooting.

6. Evaluate new raw materials, pigments,



and actives in line with current market trends and innovations in the color cosmetics industry.

Job Specification

Good time management, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and innovate and give more than expected results. Key Skill Required in Candidate

1. Strong knowledge of pigments, dispersions, emulsions, powders, manufacturing processes, and stability testing.

2. Good understanding of formulation aesthetics, shade development, and product performance parameters.

3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, documentation ability, and teamwork. Any other specification / Expectation - Important.

Minimum 1.5 year hands-on experience in color cosmetic formulation and development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
