Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with prospective students and clients.

Explain our training programs clearly and confidently.

Convert enquiries into admissions.

Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the clients and training team.

Build strong relationships with prospective learners and clients.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.

Solid convincing and presentation skills.

Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.





Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).

Previous experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Education Counselling, or Customer Support is preferred.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome to apply.
