Key Responsibilities:

1. Estimation and BOQ Preparation:

o Prepare and manage detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for materials, labor, and services based on drawings and specifications.

o Assist in cost estimation during the design and tendering stages.

2. Cost Control and Monitoring:

o Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

o Identify potential cost overruns and implement corrective or cost-saving measures in coordination with the project team.

3. Measurement and Billing:

o Take accurate site measurements and verify contractor bills and quantities.

o Assist in preparing interim and final bills for contractors and vendors as per site progress.

4. Rate Analysis and Procurement Support:

o Conduct rate analysis for materials and labor based on market trends.





o Coordinate with the procurement department for material costing, quotations, and vendor comparisons.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

o Maintain detailed records of all cost-related documents, including BOQs, RA bills, and material statements.

o Prepare periodic cost and progress reports for management review.

6. Coordination:

o Collaborate with project, planning, and site teams to ensure accurate quantity and cost tracking.

o Liaise with consultants and contractors for clarifications and verification of work quantities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or cost control in construction projects.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off software.

o Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost management techniques.

· Soft Skills:

o Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting abilities.

o Strong coordination and communication skills.

o Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines under pressure.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
