We are looking for an experienced Production Executive to oversee daily production operations in our Frozen Food Manufacturing Unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth operation of freezing and packaging processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily production of frozen food products as per production schedule.
- Ensure proper operation of processing, freezing, and packaging lines.
- Monitor production output and maintain efficiency targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Supervise production staff and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
- Monitor blast freezing, cold storage handling, and temperature control.
- Reduce production wastage and improve productivity.
- Maintain production reports, shift reports, and documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Food Technology / Food Processing / Production / Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years experience in Frozen Food / Food Processing Industry.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
