We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, payroll, and financial operations across the organization and its associated business units. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, ensure regulatory compliance, and support effective financial management through accurate reporting and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts and financial records in compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation, GST, and statutory regulations.
- Handle day-to-day accounting, including invoicing, receipts, payments, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger.
- Manage student fee accounting, collections, refunds, receivables, and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounting for MRO operations, including inventory,



job costing, billing, and fixed assets.
- Process payroll and ensure timely statutory compliance, including TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, and other applicable filings.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, cash flow reports, and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and internal departments to ensure compliance and smooth financial operations.
- Maintain financial documentation, implement internal controls, ensure confidentiality, and support audits.
- Perform other finance, accounts, taxation, payroll, and compliance responsibilities assigned by the Management.
