Job Summary

NEMAK India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Apprentice Trainees for its manufacturing facility in Melrosapuram. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking candidates who are willing to build a career in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Eligibility

- Any Qualification (10th/12th/ITI/Diploma/UG/PG)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Age: 18 years and above
- Willing to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Support production and assembly operations.
- Operate machines under supervisor guidance.
- Inspect product quality and maintain production standards.
- Follow safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workplace.
- Complete assigned production targets.

Salary & Benefits

1st Year

- Stipend: ₹22,000/month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000/month




- Retention Bonus: ₹15,000

2nd Year

- Stipend: ₹23,000/month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000/month
- Retention Bonus: ₹30,000

3rd Year

- Stipend: ₹24,000/month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000/month
- Retention Bonus: ₹45,000
