Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application code, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing software, addressing any issues that arise, and continuously improving application performance. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand evolving project demands and adapting solutions accordingly is also a key part of the daily routine.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom applications within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP systems with other platforms.
