Job Description – Dispatch & Sampling Executive

Experience:

- 0–2 Years (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply) Qualification: HSC / Graduate / Diploma (Any Stream)

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch

- Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, Gate pass, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and logistics teams for timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Verify dispatch quantities, packaging, labelling, and shipment details before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters and courier agencies for pickups and deliveries.
- Track dispatch status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain dispatch registers and shipment records.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues in coordination with internal teams.

Sampling

- Prepare customer samples as per approved specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) and Production departments for sample availability.
- Ensure correct labelling, packing, and documentation of samples.
- Dispatch samples through courier or transporter and maintain dispatch records.




- Track sample deliveries and follow up when required.
- Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, samples, and courier details.
- Update dispatch and sample status in Excel.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, QC, and Accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or sampling activities in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of courier and transporter coordination.
- Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
