- 2–7 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience in US Staffing.
- Solid understanding of W2 hiring — tax terms, pay rates, benefits, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and 1099 contracting models.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (LinkedIn RPS) for sourcing and talent mapping.
- Strong technical knowledge to understand IT job descriptions across domains such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Data Engineering, Salesforce, SAP, and more.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — confident, clear, and professional.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Must be willing to commit to EST shift timings (approx. 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or HR specialization is a plus).
