We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our cosmetics shop in Thonnakkal.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting cosmetic and skincare products.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- Handle billing and POS transactions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam. Basic English is an advantage.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Previous experience in retail or cosmetics sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of skincare and beauty products is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends.
