Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Noida. The Social Media Manager will plan, implement, and monitor the organization's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. Responsibilities include creating and managing content, optimizing posts for multiple social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to align social media campaigns with organizational goals. The role requires staying updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure innovative and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end social media strategy and monthly content calendar
- Create and post high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, YouTube Community)
- Engage with the audience: manage comments, DMs, reputation, and query handling
- Collaborate with the design, video, and content teams for creatives and scripts




- Conceptualise and execute organic and paid social media campaigns
- Track social media KPIs and optimise for reach, engagement, and leads
- Coordinate with departments for academic/event coverage and real-time updates
- Manage influencer tie-ups, collaborations, and UGC campaigns
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines consistently
- Research trends and competitors, and proactively bring fresh ideas

Skills Required

- Robust command of Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
- Good copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Knowledge of design/video briefing and basic editing is a plus
- Experience with tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, GA4, etc.)
- Excellent communication, responsiveness, and coordination skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
