About the Role

Party Day by HopUp is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Hostess to create a warm and memorable experience for every guest. If you have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with bookings, party inquiries, and event coordination.
- Guide guests to their designated party areas.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.




- Maintain a neat reception area and ensure a premium guest experience.
- Support the team during birthdays, celebrations, and special events.

Requirements

- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in Hospitality, Events, Front Office, Customer Service, or Retail.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Pleasant personality with good grooming standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
