Join our team as a Senior Accountant and play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and ensuring our organization’s financial health. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to lead key accounting functions and support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist in tax planning and advisory for clients or internal stakeholders
- Manage general ledger activities and ensure accuracy of accounting records
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes




- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
- Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management
- Support in automation, documentation, and process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations (GST, TDS, PF & PT)
- Proficient in Tally or other accounting tools
- Working knowledge of Income Tax e-filing portal, the GST portal, and TRACES
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of Indian corporate compliance and audit procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
