- Develop detailed project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) to track progress and ensure milestones are met.
- Create work breakdown structures (WBS) and define project timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.
- Assist in project scope definition and ensure the plan aligns with project objectives.
- Prepare periodic updates on project timelines and report progress to management and stakeholders.
- Identify deviations from the original plan, analyze the impact of delays, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure tasks are on schedule, including resources and material planning.
- Identify potential risks or delays in the project timeline and work with the team to create mitigation plans.
- Proactively adjust schedules and resources to address unforeseen challenges and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Plan resource allocation and monitor utilization to ensure optimum efficiency across various project tasks.
- Work with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure that material and equipment deliveries align with the project schedule.
- Provide regular status reports to project managers,



senior management, and clients on project progress, including any delays or risks.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, such as progress reports, variance analysis, and post-project evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to ensure that the project adheres to timelines and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and deliverables.
- Work closely with the cost control team to monitor budgets and ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
- Evaluate the impact of schedule changes on the project budget and propose adjustments when necessary.
- Monitor project performance and recommend improvements to the planning process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for project scheduling and planning.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹14,956.27 - ₹100,000.00 per month
