Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager with prior experience in a Super Speciality Hospital to oversee daily operations, ensure seamless patient care services, coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments, and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, Emergency, and support services.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing teams, and ancillary departments to ensure timely patient care.




- Handle patient grievances and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols.
- Support emergency situations and facilitate effective communication among departments.
- Prepare shift reports and escalate operational issues to management.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in a Super Speciality Hospital is mandatory.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
