Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to generate quality leads and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Develop strategies for lead generation and brand growth
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and improve campaign results
- Manage audience targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and updates

Requirements:

- Experience in Meta Ads
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign setup & optimization
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns preferred

Experience: 2+ Year Preferred
Location: Sector-74A Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
